Bridal Fitness
The Bar Method just opened a new studio in my hood! It's a great way to get in shape for your wedding. The bar method uses a ballet bar as a balancing prop. It's similar to yoga, pilates and ballet because it focuses on stretching and strengthening the core muscles. Yes, your muscle will be trembling like you're sitting on a washing machine, but your abs will be rock hard!
